Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote

Intuit is looking for Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we’d love to connect with you.

In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You’ll provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
