What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using state of the art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

• Expected Base Pay Range:
  Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50;
  Southern California $28.80 - $36.50;
  Colorado $27.50 - $34.80;
  Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50;
  Illinois $27.50 - $34.80;
  Maryland $27.50 - $34.80;
  Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50;
  Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30;
  New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50;
  New York $28.80 - $36.50;
  Ohio $24.80 - $30.30;
  Vermont $27.50 - $34.80;
  Washington $28.80 - $36.50;
  Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
• Position eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits according to applicable plans and programs.
