Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Engage customers virtually using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Bay Area, California: $27.80 - $35.50
- Southern California: $27.80 - $35.50
- Colorado: $26.50 - $33.80
- Hawaii: $27.80 - $35.50
- Illinois: $26.50 - $33.80
- Maryland: $26.50 - $33.80
- Massachusetts: $27.80 - $35.50
- Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30
- New Jersey: $27.80 - $35.50
- New York: $27.80 - $35.50
- Ohio: $23.80 - $29.30
- Vermont: $26.50 - $33.80
- Washington: $27.80 - $35.50
- Washington D.C.: $27.80 - $35.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
