In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Collaborate as a virtual, customer‑facing employee, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and dedicated to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.
