In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products using sound professional judgment and in an excellent and timely manner. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and/or proprietary business information in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner while adhering to and promoting Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers in a responsible, reliable and safe manner, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Active PTIN or ability to obtain one.
• Any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds that are required to practice a tax preparation business, and the ability to obtain them.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
• Reside in the United States.
