Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Work collaboratively with a remote team and use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, prepare full‑service returns, perform tax calculations, and manage inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools, while documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
