IMCD US is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full accounts receivable cycle while partnering with internal teams to support customers and minimize credit risk. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage credit risk for the company and work as a team with other credit specialists to manage the full cycle of accounts receivable. The Specialist will collaborate with sales, customer service, supply chain, and the accounting department to meet our customers’ and principals’ expectations while keeping credit risk low and exploring opportunities for process improvements.

• Perform full-cycle accounts receivable
• Conduct daily collection calls
• Manage credit releases
• Perform account research and analysis
• Set and monitor credit limits
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Review credit applications
• Provide reports and metrics on receivables
• Participate in projects as assigned

• High School Diploma

• CBA and/or CBF certification

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

This job operates on a hybrid schedule, rotating between in-office and remote work environments. Standard office equipment is routinely used.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.

No travel is expected for this position.
