In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state of the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
