Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- 100% remote work, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
- Conduct virtual, customer-facing interactions via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- At least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction with customers through video and audio tools.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by location are:
- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
