Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice and full service return preparation.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer with everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is
- Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
- New York $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
