In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate complexities of taxation, and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern California $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Colorado $27.50–$34.80 per hour). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with Intuit's applicable plans and programs.
