Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Work remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Use Intuit’s state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
Position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
