What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Operate a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Earn supplemental income by helping U.S. residents with their taxes.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken communication skills.
• A passion for helping clients navigate complex taxation issues and a commitment to enhancing our brand through outstanding customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

• Base pay ranges by location:
  Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50;
  Southern California $28.80–$36.50;
  Colorado $27.50–$34.80;
  Hawaii $28.80–$36.50;
  Illinois $27.50–$34.80;
  Maryland $27.50–$34.80;
  Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50;
  Minnesota $24.80–$30.30;
  New Jersey $28.80–$36.50;
  New York $28.80–$36.50;
  Ohio $24.80–$30.30;
  Vermont $27.50–$34.80;
  Washington $28.80–$36.50;
  Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
