Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Full-time 100% remote work from home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product and software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex taxation and commitment to enhancing brand through customer delight and empowerment.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.

• Base Pay Range by location:
  Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
  Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
  Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
  Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
  Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
  Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
  Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
  Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
  New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
  New York: $28.80 - $36.50
  Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
  Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
  Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
  Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
