Overview
Experienced Tax Associate Salary $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus (up to 20% of salary, paid quarterly)
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Tax or related field.
- CPA/EA certification or actively sitting/wants to pursue.
- 2-3 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax return preparation.
- Experience with HNWI, pass-through, trust/estate, and individual tax returns.
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess and CCH Engagement.
- Hungry mindset and highly motivated to grow in your career
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to change and fearless of the unfamiliar
- Willingness to learn, coachable
