IMCD US is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full receivable cycle while partnering with internal teams to support customers and minimize credit risk. • Manage full cycle accounts receivable.
• Perform daily collection calls.
• Process credit releases.
• Conduct account research and analysis.
• Set credit limits.
• Maintain accurate ageing.
• Review credit applications.
• Provide reports and metrics on receivables.
• Work on projects as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
• Ability to think independently.
• Deadline-driven, detail oriented, and conscientious.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in common computer programs, including Microsoft Office;
  Excel proficiency a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High School Diploma.

• Associate degree in accounting.
• CBA and/or CBF.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

This job operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.

No travel is expected.
