• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
