Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) work from home – 5 hours per week
LUMN is a quickly expanding marketing company located in the foothills of Provo that services hundreds of dental practices. We are looking for a truly amazing detail‑oriented person to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will work part‑time from home helping to schedule and coordinate our accounts receivables with our clients. Responsibilities include monthly close, applying payments, and reaching out to clients by phone and email to set up payment schedules and methods.
NecessarySkills
- Microsoft Excel
- Accounting / Bookkeeping experience with Quick Books Online
- Great phone skills
- A quiet place to work from home
- Able to be on video calls with team and sometimes clients
- CRM experience – Hub Spot
- Project Tracking experience – Asana
