Accounts Assistant

Immediate Start - (Polish & English Speaking)

Location: Stockport (with home working available – remote working)

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Greenlight Accountancy Ltd is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of accounting experience who is looking to work in a supportive and flexible environment.

• Minimum 1 year accounting/finance experience
• Knowledge and experience in using Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Quick Books (an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)

• Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing VAT returns
• Working with Excel tables and reports
• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Supporting the wider accounting team as required

• Flexible working arrangements – split between office (Stockport) and home
