Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay for Performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges (locations shown) include:

• Bay Area, California: $27.80 - $35.50
• Southern California: $27.80 - $35.50
• Colorado: $26.50 - $33.80
• Hawaii: $27.80 - $35.50
• Illinois: $26.50 - $33.80
• Maryland: $26.50 - $33.80
• Massachusetts: $27.80 - $35.50
• Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30
• New Jersey: $27.80 - $35.50
