In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay For Performance rewards approach. Expected Base Pay Range per hour:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
