• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Engage in a virtual, customer-facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, confident engaging customers via video/audio tools.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
