About the Role
Seeking an experienced Accountant to manage Accounts Payable (primary focus) and Accounts Receivable
, along with general accounting tasks in a small‑batch manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process AP invoices, match POs, and manage weekly payments.
- Handle AR collections, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, month‑end reports, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Manage sales & use tax filings, inventory controls, and cost accounting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounting experience; AP/AR expertise required.
- Net Suite ERP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- 100% onsite in Davis, CA; occasional remote work.
