Join Intuit as a Tax Professional and help customers complete their taxes using Turbo Tax products. This 100% remote, part‑time position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and a strong background in tax compliance.

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Assist customers completing taxes using Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice and full service return preparation.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find the right answers and communicate them in everyday language.
• Participate in a virtual, customer‑facing role, using video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor for video/audio interactions.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Pay is based on location. Position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
