OverviewJoin Intuit as a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert. In this seasonal, fully remote role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

- 100% remote work collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Prepare and review federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Provide tax advice and answer customer inquiries using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual tax returns with commercial tax software.
- An active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with a PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken communication skills.
- A passion for helping clients navigate taxation and a commitment to great customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort using video and audio tools.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Competitive base pay ranges by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
