Overview: Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer using everyday language.
• Operate as a virtual, customer-facing professional using Intuit’s video communication software, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge; active PTIN required.
• Fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills—written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation: Competitive base pay ranges by region (e.g., Bay Area CA $28.80 – $36.50 per hour, Southern CA $28.80 – $36.50, Colorado $27.50 – $34.80, etc.). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit’s plans. Pay determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Regular comparisons ensure pay equity across ethnicity and gender.
