Under general supervision, responsible for moderately complex accounting activities supporting the accurate and timely closing of the general ledger, which may include, but are not limited to: preparation and posting of journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset processing, lease/contract review, accrual entries, budget variance reviews, research and analysis of assigned large elements of revenue and expense and the related internal reporting.

Ensure assigned general ledger account balances are materially correct in compliance with internal controls and GAAP and that internal control risks are tested and documented in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Coordinate and communicate with business partners providing guidance regarding accounting policies and procedures.

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, the selected candidate will be located in Collierville, Tennessee. This location offers a hybrid work environment that supports in-person collaboration through onsite Team Days and flexibility to work from home.
