Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Candidates with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential will be considered.

• Work 100% remotely from the comfort of your home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities; committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay ranges by region (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80‑$36.50, Southern California $28.80‑$36.50, Colorado $27.50‑$34.80, etc.). Positions eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular equity audits.
