What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer‑facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws (and active PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; can interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
