In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to each customer using everyday language.
• Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• A reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/h
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/h
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/h
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/h
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/h
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80/h
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50/h
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50/h
