We are seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Processor for a high‑volume client. This temporary role is expected to last approximately three to four months (possibly longer‑or temp‑to‑hire), with flexible hours and some ability to work hybrid after training. The position is on‑site, and 1099 employment is required

• Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure invoices are properly coded and matched to purchase orders or contracts.
• Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies or address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounts payable records.
• Assist with general accounting tasks as required.

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
