Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide correct answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive knowledge of tax laws and valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay with a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges vary by location (e.g., Bay Area: $28.80–$36.50/hr). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
