Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• An active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• A passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.

• A reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
