In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location (example for Bay Area: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour). In addition, eligibility for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits is available. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
