Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Be a virtual, customer‑facing professional; use Intuit’s video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
