Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software in this virtual, customer‑facing role and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges per state are listed below.
