Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Serve as a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxes and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Competitive base pay with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range varies by location:
Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.

The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable plans and programs.
