Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Work From Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

- 100% remote work, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Expected base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50).
