Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. The role involves traditional tax review and client advisory, along with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and management. We rely heavily on our local leadership teams to develop and execute the firm's vision.

What you will do

• Support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local team.

• Act as a primary contact for clients from retiring partners and new clients.

• Collaborate with the executive team on growth initiatives, products, services, and operational strategies.

• Review and manage tax return engagements for individuals, businesses (C-corps, S-corps, partnerships), and trusts.

• Lead consulting and advisory efforts in the region.

• Manage staff in research, training, and development areas.

What we look for

• 7-12 years of experience with tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and estates.

• Bachelor's degree required;
Master’s preferred.

• CPA or EA certification required.

• Experience managing staff and client relationships.

• Excellent communication and management skills.

• Proprietor mentality and work ethic.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in strategy and operations.
