• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4-7 years of recent public accounting audit and assurance experience in the healthcare and nonprofit industry
• Proven ability to professionally lead audit engagements, oversee projects and staff, and work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
• Identify engagement inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, supervisory, problem-solving, and time management skills
• PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel and Thompson Reuters Advance Flow software
• Occasional travel for conferences and client visits

• $81,000-$99,000 based on experience
