Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer‑facing role, so you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
