Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

- Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.
- A reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour, etc.). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
