Our client, a fast-growing organization headquartered in King of Prussia, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support a wide range of corporate accounting and banking functions. What You'll Be Doing:

Banking & Cash Management

• Initiate ACHs, wires, and internal transfers
• Handle remote deposits and track daily cash activity
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for both hospital and corporate accounts
• Provide support to field locations for banking supply orders
• Distribute NSF notifications to clinics

Corporate Journal Entries & Reconciliations

• Record and reconcile entries for loans, debt, and financing costs
• Break down vendor auto-drafts, rebates, and other recurring activity
• Prepare a variety of ad hoc journal entries as needed
• Support credit card processing, including disputes, chargebacks, and accruals
• Assist with user management and access setup across platforms
• Handle new vendor enrollments, dashboard setups, and payment activity tracking
• Maintain records for online store sales, including monthly entries and ownership changes
• Perform reconciliations and settle-up accounting for shared revenue and fees

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• A self-starter mindset—you’re curious, dependable, and comfortable with a fast pace
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
