Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Work in a virtual, customer‑facing role using video software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from home or office.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
