Remote Audit & Assurance Manager – Michigan

We are seeking a talented Audit & Assurance Manager in Michigan to join our team. Although this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates who live in the state of Michigan or who are actively looking to relocate to Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and leading more complex audit areas
• Reviewing audit areas performed by staff
• Overseeing internal staffing on engagements
• Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations
• Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
• Making a difference in the communities where you live and work

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience working at a public accounting firm in the audit & assurance space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Enthusiasm for helping others be successful
