• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Work in a virtual, customer-facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
