What You Will Do:

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will support Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need:

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Expected base pay range varies by location:

• Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
