Seasonal Tax Expert – CPA or EA – Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

Intuit is looking for qualified professionals to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and product/software support to advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, offering tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and provide accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Engage in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of tax and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California – $27.80 – $35.50
• Southern California – $27.80 – $35.50
• Colorado – $26.50 – $33.80
• Hawaii – $27.80 – $35.50
• Illinois – $26.50 – $33.80
• Maryland – $26.50 – $33.80
• Massachusetts – $27.80 – $35.50
• Minnesota – $23.80 – $29.30
• New Jersey – $27.80 – $35.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
