• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due accounts via phone, email, and third‑party platforms
• Generate accurate customer invoices based on contracts, usage, data, and logs
• Identify billing errors and conduct data analysis to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
• Ensure all billing activities comply with HIPAA and privacy standards

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or Net Suite) and Salesforce
