We’re hiring on behalf of a growing tax consultancy firm seeking a full-time Tax Associate to join their team.

This role offers hands-on experience in tax compliance, consulting, and provision services across a variety of industries. It’s a great opportunity to gain exposure to complex tax matters while developing client relationships and growing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns.
• Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and planning strategies.
• Analyze complex tax issues and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality work.
• Participate in client engagements and contribute to project execution.
• Stay up to date on evolving tax regulations and firm resources.
• Demonstrate adaptability and initiative on diverse tax-related projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam (or intention to pursue CPA license).

• Familiarity with federal and state tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tax compliance software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with large or complex data sets.
• Interest in using technology to drive innovation in tax services.
